OUR FIRST TASTING MENU AT THE COUNTER
Join us on Friday April 24th at 6:30pm for the first of our seasonal tasting menus at the counter. We’ll only have 12 seats available for this one, and we’d love for you to be there.
What to Expect
An intimate evening of SPRING dishes, each with a unique story of how the seasons have
brought us to where we are now.
Our first menu will be alcohol-free.
However, there will be water for your table, a small selection of drinks, and an optional fermented beverage pairing for your enjoyment.
❋ Beverage PairingWe’ll be serving you ourselves with the team, giving a detailed description of how each plate in front of you came to be.
❋ Course-by-Course BreakdownThe evening will be a roughly three-hour experience from start to finish. We encourage you to settle into the space and enjoy the presence and atmosphere of the evening.
❋Unwind & Stay a WhileWhile the evening may feel theatrical by nature, if you find yourself curious about something, or want a closer look at what we’re doing, don’t be shy! Ask questions, take a closer look. We encourage engagement throughout the evening.
