Join us on Saturday, June 20th for a multi-course tasting menu inspired by the farm and the early abundance of Summer. We’ll only have 20 seats available for this one, and we’d love for you to be there.

What to Expect

An INTIMATE EVENING AT THE FARM, a MENU THAT HIGHLIGHTS THE ABUNDANCE OF EARLY SUMMER, AND A CELEBRATION OF THE SOLSTICE IN GREAT COMPANY.

This menu will be alcohol-free. However, there will be water for your table, a small selection of drinks, and an optional beverage pairing for your enjoyment.

We’ll be serving you ourselves with the team, and Nat & Shea, giving a detailed description of how each plate in front of you came to be.

❋ Course-by-Course Breakdown

The evening will be a roughly three-hour experience from start to finish. We encourage you to settle into the space and enjoy the presence, atmosphere, and scenery that the farm has to offer.

While the evening may feel theatrical by nature, if you find yourself curious about something, or want a closer look at what we’re doing, don’t be shy! Ask questions, take a closer look. We encourage engagement throughout the evening.

Our roots run deep at Green & BLOOM

We’ve been working with Green & Bloom since they first broke ground at the Farm in Amaranth. If you’ve been to the shop, or attended one of our tasting menus over the past few years, you’ve undoubtedly heard us talk about this special place just north of Orangeville growing the most incredible veg and flowers.

Every dish, preserve, pickle, ferment, sauce, sandwich, and ice cream we’re working on always gets a “what is that?” flavour punch-up whenever we incorporate something Nat & Shea have grown.

Greens that actually have flavour, herbs that are indescribably delicious, edible flowers that aren’t just floral, but dance on the tongue with a sweet and delicate acidity. No matter how much we taste things, we’re always blown away by the flavours that come from the farm.

We’re incredibly fortunate to work with Nat Shea year over year, and are always stoked to tell the story behind everything they grow. It’s going to be a special evening for us to be able to tell those stories with them at the Farm for this Solstice Dinner.

Nat & Shea were kind enough to host us for another team day at the farm this past May. We spent the day prepping the beds, planting, transplanting, harvesting, learning, eating, and laughing together.
